MUSIC REVIEW: U-Kiss - Bran New Kiss

U-KISS Comeback dengan member baru dan konsep baru juga pastinya. Single pertama mereka dalam album ini adalah 0330. Kenapa 0330? karena sesuai dengan yang mereka bilang, rata-rata semua member UKiss baru bisa tidur jam 03.30 pagi.

yang menarik juga, lagu ini dirilis tanggal 30 bulan Maret (0330) dan panjang audionya sendiri adalah 03.30 menit.

Konsep di album kali ini lumayan berbeda dari album-album sebelumnya, seperti di album Only One yang genrenya electropop atau album terakhir mereka bersama Xander dan Kibum, Break Time yang lebih ke konsep manly.

Kali ini mereka terkesan lebih cute, sesuai dengan nama mereka yang cute, U-Kiss, ah dan juga member-member yang super cute.

Untuk lagu 0330 sendiri, meskipun ini lagu sedih, bercerita tentang seorang cowok yang terus-terusan ngingat mantannya dan pengen mantannya itu kembali, tapi lagunya tetap terdengar cute dan refreshing, dan ditambah dengan MV yang charming dan touching, kalo menurut aku mungkin This is what they supposed to be...

Selain lagu 0330, ada lagu-lagu lain yang lebih refreshing dan ear-catchy di album Bran New Kiss ini!

Memang heartaching kalau ingat di album ini Xander dan Kibum udah ga ambil bagian lagi, but the guys has to move on, right? Hoon dan AJ juga tampaknya udah berusaha keras untuk buktikan ke netizen bahwa mereka mampu.

dan jujur aja vokal Hoon cukup menonjol di album ini.. rap part AJ juga bagus.. suara mereka match sama member lain. Selain itu mereka juga cute (nilai plus nih lol). But still mau gimanapun Xander dan Kibum tetap bagian dari Ukiss..

Kpop lovers.... aku baru aja iseng googling buat nyari lagu-lagu kpop yang terbaru dan thank god ga sengaja ketemu album Geeks.

Pertama kali denger track Officially Missing You, aku langsung jatuh cinta. Lagu Officially Missing You sendiri adalah remake dari lagu berjudul sama yang dinyanyikan oleh penyanyi kanada, Tamia.

Lagu yang dulu sempat hits ini, dibuat lebih hiphop dan tentu aja dengan lirik berbahasa korea. Pada track ini juga ditambahkan beberapa part rap yang membuat lagunya terdengar lebih ear-catchy dan asik buat didenger.

Track Officially Missing You ini sendiri terdapat dalam album dengan title yang sama yang dibawakan oleh kpop duo, Geeks sebagai track debut mereka. 

Member Geeks ada dua orang, yaitu, Lil Boi dan Louie. Lil Boi kelahiran 1991, sementara Louie kelahiran 1990.
